Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy providing permanent, temporary and interim recruitment solutions across the customer contact market.

We are pleased to be supporting this fantastic new client with their growth plans as we look to recruit a Resource Planning Analyst to be based out of their London-based contact centre operation.

You will be responsible for the planning of a 200FTE contact centre operation which fields a blend of inbound and outbound, B2C activity across sales and service.

To be considered for this role; you will be an advanced excel user and have the ability to create capacity plans, short term forecasts (8 weeks ahead) and longer-term forecasts (18 months ahead). It is preferred that applicants have working experience of WFM technology; ideally Teleopti or Impact 360.

In addition to the above; it would be a massive plus if you have the ability to manipulate detailed sales data and analyse trends; turning this into tangible material to drive and improve performance and keep customer experience as high as possible.
