I'm pleased to be supporting a brand new client with their search for an interim workforce planning and telephony analyst on an initial 3 month assignment.
My client has recently introduced a Ring Central telephony platform and is running NICE speech analytics they require someone with a blend of skills in both of the above areas.
The role will also require an individual who is able to add value to the resource planning function and as there is no WFM platform in place, you will need to have excellent excel skills for manual planning.
