I am delighted to currently be supporting my brand new client as they recruit for a Workforce Planning / Telephony Analyst on an interim basis for a period of initially 3 months.
This is a really exciting role where you will play a key and fundamental part in the daily planning and telephony functions. You will be responsible for the (manual) planning using Excel, of around 30 FTE. You will also be responsible for identifying and actioning areas of improvement for the new speech analytics system as well as the telephony system (Ring Central).
Main Key Responsibilities
- Use Excel to provide excellent workforce planning schedules and forecasts
- Play a major part in the setup of the new speech analytics system
- Creation of daily and monthly reports to identify improvement as well as highlight performance from the telephony system (Ringcentral)
It is essential that you have extensive experience using Excel in a resource planning capacity and that you are familiar with different telephony systems. Experience using Speech analytics systems is also essential (ideally Nice Interaction Analytics)
