The role of Customer Service Adviser will be to work as part of a relaxed, sociable team utilising your excellent customer service skills and travel industry experience to offer customers professional and friendly after-sales support over the telephone.
- 2+ Years experience in the Travel Industry
- CRS/GDS Experience (Galileo, Amadeus etc.)
- Customer Service Experience (phone based)
- Friendly, Professional Telephone Manner
You will be working 40 hours per week (Mon- Fri 9am-5:30pm) + 1 Saturday per month (9am-5pm) with a weekday off in return.
- £20,000 basic salary+commission, realistic OTE including commission of £25,000.
