We are delighted to be working alongside an international client who are looking for a Training manager based within their contact centre in Portsmouth who are specialists within their field. This company has offices within 9 different countries and due to growth, they are looking for a manager to come in and take charge of a team of up to 5 trainers.
The role of the Training manager within this organisation will be to coach, mentor and develop the trainers to achieve training goals. Conduct train the trainer courses to ensure all material is delivered sufficiently. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Training manager looking for a new opportunity in a fast paced and internationally known company.
The role will entail but not limited to:
- Assist in implementing operations training
- Building up relationships all throughout the business
- Evaluating training requests
- Facilitates classes when needed to agents and Team leaders.
