We are proud to be working alongside a luxury online retailer. Due to the brand gaining rapid global recognition you will work alongside a growing team based in North West London to ensure accurate, on time and safe delivery of all orders and answering customer enquires via phone, email and live chat.

Job Details:

  • You must be available to start ASAP for an initial 4-week assignment,
  • Working 37.5 hours per week,
  • You will assist them to ensure accurate, on time and safe delivery of all orders and answering customer enquires such as "where's my order" or replace or refund damaged products etc.

You MUST be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Zendesk experience,
  • A clear, professional, and articulate phone manner,
  • Have a passion for customer service,
  • Proven track record of working effectively and efficiently within a busy retail and e-commerce environment,
  • Well organised, systematic, logical and level headed,
  • It is ESSENTIAL one has contact / call centre experience within the past 6 months,
  • It is ESSENTIAL you are fluent in English both written and spoken,
