We are pleased to be working exclusively with a long-standing utilities business in Rickmansworth who are recruiting for Temporary Credit Controller/Collections Agent within their customer services department to start ASAP.

Working as part of a busy and growing team you will be responsible for speaking to customers in order to take payment for outstanding bills and set-up direct debits, at times you will also be calling out to customers. There will also be a data entry element to the role through inputting meter readings into the system.

You must be able to commit to a minimum of 2 months, with the potential to be offered a permanent position after this.

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.

To be considered you must have:

  • 1+ years' experience within Credit Control,
  • A strong level of spoken and written English,
  • Ability to provide 1 UK Employment reference,
  • Availability to start ASAP and work for a minimum of 2 months,
  • Committed and Punctual,
  • Professional and Reliable
