Desk Sales Executive

Basic: £14,000-£19,000 dependant on experience

Commission: Uncapped - £26kOTE

Minimum 3 yr Sales Experience ESSENTIAL.

The role: Based In High Wycombe

Working in our Contact Centre, you will partner with customers to find ways to help them grow, whether it's solutions that unify their IT and communications needs or ways to help their business collaborate and grow. As an Outbound Desk Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities and ensuring a high conversion rate of call to sale. You will be typically tasked with providing quotations to customers, ensuring detailed customer profiling is undertaken, increasing the number of lines per order and introducing value-added services to prospects. You will be backed by specialists to ensure your product knowledge is always up to date to ensure the best results.

Responsibilities:

Call customers from the customer database in order to sell and deliver outstanding customer service and sales volume.

Hitting call targets and sales volumes

Calling customers to arrange appointments for the field based sales team to visit and run through products

Achieving sales revenue targets

Updating the internal database

General paperwork and administration

Qualified candidates must be:

Literate in spoken and written English

Have a stable work history

Have computer skills

Work well under pressure

Work in a pro-active manner and show a willingness to learn

Combine personable phone skills with solid sales savvy with an ability and desire to achieve agreed KPIs.

Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on providing a high quality of service and driving business profits.

A minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience.

Be authorized to work in the U.K.
