JOB PURPOSE

To call and profile our clients substantial Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) base of customers and prospective customers in order to set meetings for the sales teams.

JOB SCOPE

v To achieve meeting KPIs.

v To work in a way consistent with activity KPIs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

v To call and profile prospects and customers within the South Central database in order to create Sales Meetings for the field salespeople.

v To work in a manner consistent with the telemarketing KPIs.

v To comprehensively use the Salesforce Calling Campaigns.

v To ensure all customer details, information and interactions are entered into SalesForce.
