We are delighted to be working alongside an established and growing company located in the heart of London who are currently looking for a Team Leader to oversee an already successful team of agents.

Role entails but not limited to:

  • Leading/ Overseeing team of agents
  • Training and Development of team
  • Monitoring KPI's
  • Conducting one to ones

Must Have:

  • 2 years' experience of leading/managing team
  • Healthcare experience is desirable
  • Strong communication skills
