Due to progressive growth they are looking for an experienced Team Leader to come on board and join their fun and dynamic organisation and really add value. The role of a Team Leader within this organisation will be to lead from the front and really inspire and motivate the team to give the best quality of service to all customers.

The role will entail but not limited to:

  • Motivate, coach and develop staff
  • Respond to any complaints or escalations from customers
  • Ensuring your team provides exceptional customer service through all channels
  • Monitor KPI's and ensure targets are being met

To apply for this role, you must have the following:

  • Previous Team Leader experience within a contact centre environment is a must
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and balance a busy workload.
  • Have previous experience in coaching a team.
