I am delighted on behalf of our client based in the Watford area to be recruiting for a Service Delivery Advisor to join their growing and well established team.

In this role you will;

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to email queries
  • Fact finding tasks and data checking
  • Be responsible for compliance for individual customers (document checking and chasing)
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers
  • Keep all records and system logs accurate and up to date
  • Keep in line with KPI's and SLA's

Your experience;

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced and busy working environment
  • Able to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to build lasting relationships over the phone and in person

On offer is a salary of £21,000 + additional company perks and benefits
