I am delighted on behalf of our client based in the Watford area to be recruiting for a Service Delivery Advisor to join their growing and well established team.
In this role you will;
- Answer incoming calls and respond to email queries
- Fact finding tasks and data checking
- Be responsible for compliance for individual customers (document checking and chasing)
- Make outbound calls to existing customers
- Keep all records and system logs accurate and up to date
- Keep in line with KPI's and SLA's
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast paced and busy working environment
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to build lasting relationships over the phone and in person
On offer is a salary of £21,000 + additional company perks and benefits
