We are pleased to be supporting a fantastic, globally-recognised brand with their recruitment of a Senior Resource Planning and Scheduling Manager to be based out of their offices located in either London or the southern home counties.
You'll be responsible for a team of planning professionals who look after the scheduling, forecasting and end-to-end planning function and it will be your job to oversee and direct both the planning and short/medium/long term scheduling of a multi-site, multilingual and multi-channel contact centre operation; which amounts to 24/7 coverage.
To be considered for this role, you must have strong team management experience, ideally have a background working for a cutting edge business who are in the '21st century', working capability of WFM technology; preferably Impact360, however, IEX and/or Aspect eWFM will also be considered.
You will be very well versed in the full planning and scheduling lifecycle both from a hands on operational perspective and a strategic and engaging leadership perspective. You will be highly organised and be an exceptionally strong planner, scheduler and people manager for what is, essentially a global workforce of around 500FTE.
A strong decision maker with an analytical mindset, proactive attitude, outstanding leadership skills and the ability to engage effectively with key internal and external stakeholders is essential.
