Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy which provides permanent, interim and temporary recruitment solutions to the customer contact market.
We are excited to be representing a leading energy supplier located on the south coast who will be doubling in size over the next 12 months.
As a Real Time Analyst, you will be responsible for real-time and intraday management to ensure that correct resources are in place to support accurately forecasted volume of incoming, multi-channel customer contact.
You will analyse staffing allocation and availability, monitor staffing levels and will also be facilitating and supporting real-time discussion across all areas of the business. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for updating schedules in line with identified changes and trends for an operation of up to 60FTE.
