Contact Centre Partners is a specialist customer contact recruitment consultancy placing staff into roles across the permanent, interim and temporary markets.
We are currently supporting an amazing, dynamic and ever-growing organisation with their recruitment of a contact centre real time analyst.
Based out of offices in Hertfordshire, you will be responsible for managing resource; (100fte across 2 UK sites) in line with forecasts, optimise performance to ensure that service levels are being achieved and lead and co-ordinate all MI reporting.
In addition to this, you will be required to create robust staffing models using historic forecast data, provide ongoing trend analysis and manage the contact centre's intraday scheduling.
You will be a lively, energetic and enthusiastic individual with a passion to always learn and develop. You must be an inclusive, team orientated personality, have a willing attitude and be keen to form the basis of a growth plan for what is an integral part of the business.
