Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy recruiting permanent, temporary and interim professionals across the customer contact market.
We are pleased to be supporting a large, service driven business as they recruit a Training and Quality Assurance Specialist to join their growing contact centre.
Working as part of a team and alongside leadership across the business you will be responsible for monitoring omnichannel customer contact to ensure customers receive a great level of consistent and compliant service.
Through identifying trends and continuously monitoring calls and digital communication you will conduct training needs analysis to drive best practices and effectively design and deliver training materials that provide customers with an outstanding experience.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of quality monitoring within a service driven environment, as well as designing and delivering training sessions based on quality analysis.
