Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are delighted to be working with an existing client on an exclusive basis supporting them with the recruitment of Temp - Perm Platform Administrators In Essex.

You must have a background in providing high levels of customer service; ideally in a office environment and be available to commit to a 3-month contract with a view to go perm.

To be considered for these temporary roles you MUST:

  • Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Financial Processing experience
  • Previous financial service experience would be a strong benefit (FCA Regulated)
  • An understanding of both wrapped and unwrapped product, pensions and mutual funds are desirable
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Be well presented
  • Be self-motivated and driven to make a difference

The Job details:

  • Platform Administrator to join a Back Office Operations department
  • You are contracted to work Mon - Fri only and hours can be slightly flexible but office hours will be between 8.30am and 6.30pm, 37.5 hours per week only,
  • Pay is £11 per hour Gross
