Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy recruiting permanent, temporary and interim professionals across the customer contact market.
We are pleased to be working alongside a long-standing client, who are a multibillion-pound global financial services business as they look to recruit an Operations Manager within their central Peterborough offices.
You will oversee and take ownership for a multichannel Contact Centre and Administration function within a circa 60 FTE business unit, directly managing 4 Team Managers. This business unit is growing and is responsible for the delivery of a fair and high level of service support to over 350 clients and 550,000 end use customers.
Through performance managing, coaching and developing a team and focussing on driving efficiencies you will ensure the business function continuously improves and drives out waste whilst achieving strategy plans. Additionally, effective quality and compliance monitoring, alongside the use of resource planning and MI analysis will result in the unit meeting required regulations.
This role requires commercially aware individuals who are able to identify, take ownership of and resolve risks. You will need previous experience of operational management within financial services, ideally in a large, structured environment with multiple stakeholders.
In order to be considered for this role you must have CII qualifications or be willing to work towards attaining these, as well as compliance with the requirements of FSA T&C Sourcebook.
