Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy which provides permanent, temporary and interim staff within the customer contact market.

We are once again supporting this amazing and instantly recognisable brand with their recruitment of an experienced Contact Centre MI & Insight Analyst.

Based out of their new, state of the art contact centre in Cambridgeshire, you will be an integral part of the customer contact team and work alongside a group of planning professionals covering the full planning lifecycle.

The main purpose of the role will see you being responsible for providing detailed MI and analytical reporting for all contact centre-based activity which will include KPIs, operational analysis, identifying trends and translating datasets and creating and updating reporting dashboards and scorecards.

You will be the focal point of contact for all insight and analytical activity and performance across the 24/7 multi-channel operation.

To be considered for the role, you will have advanced excel experience where you will use advanced formulae, calculate fields within pivot tables and understand power query and DAX functions. You will also be required to have, as a minimum, intermediate VBA user experience where you will have used event triggers and have written code without using macro recorder and understand how to get data from Access and SQL Server via VBA.

As a result of your excel, VBA and SQL experience; you will need to be able to build excel reports where all data is held within Access/SQL databases.
