Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy recruiting permanent, temporary and interim professionals across the customer contact market.
We are pleased to be supporting a well-established FinTech business as they look to recruit an Interim Operations Manager within their fast-paced, multichannel, sales through service contact centre for a 12 to 14-month Maternity cover. You will be responsible for driving performance and a customer centric culture through continuously assessing and improving the customer experience.
This is a highly influential role where you will be reporting into a board of directors, and as such offers a high level of autonomy. The right candidate will need to be resilient and confident, with the ability to be driven by sales and targets whilst maintaining a culture of excellent customer service.
Whilst the contact centre operates Monday to Friday, the right individual needs to be flexible and committed to the business, as well as hands on in order to step in and support teams as and when needed. The business is highly focussed on creating an energetic, personality driven culture and requires a strong leader to lead, coach and develop accordingly.
To be considered for this role, you must be highly entrepreneurial with significant managerial and analytical experience within a multichannel/digital contact centre, as well as having led multiple teams within a pressurised sales through service environment.
