Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy recruiting permanent, temporary and interim professionals across the customer contact market.
We are pleased to be supporting a fantastic, globally-recognised brand with their recruitment of a Head of Resource Planning and Scheduling to be based out of their offices located in either London or the southern home counties.
You'll be responsible for overseeing and directing both the planning and short/medium/long term scheduling of a multi-site, multilingual and multi-channel contact centre operation; which effectively means 24/7 coverage.
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong working capability of WFM technology; preferable Impact360, however, IEX and/or Aspect eWFM will also be considered.
You will be very well versed in the full planning and scheduling lifecycle both from a hands on operational perspective and a strategic and engaging leadership perspective. You will be highly organised and be an exceptionally strong planner, scheduler and people manager for what is, essentially a global workforce of around 500FTE.
A strong decision maker with an analytical mindset, proactive attitude, outstanding leadership skills and the ability to engage effectively with key internal and external stakeholders is essential.
