Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are now supporting a growing business through a period of acquisition. We are in the market to supply them a Head of Operational Excellence.
You will ideal have held a senior contact centre position within Financial Services. Although of course, professionals from other sectors will be considered based on relevant exposure and experience.
As Head of Operational Excellence, you will sit on top of 6 direct reports. These will cover skills such as LEAN, Analytics & Training.
The core remit of this highly rewarding vacancy to deliver outstanding operational management through c100FTE. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
- Metric Design and Development
- Staff Engagement, CSAT
- Admin Due Diligence
- Coaching and Development
- Continuous Improvement
As you would imagine you will also have responsibility for being highly influential on a strategic level. Using your position and knowledge to support large plans of grow and change that could cover anything from internal structure, market growth, CRM development, customer offering and so on.
