We are supporting a truly awesome US brand as they continue to grow in the UK; they will soon be launching across Europe so its super exciting there right now as its a cool product taking the market by storm.
This business are e-commerce, retail, tech, app, and member services all rolled into one.
When they launched in the UK they setup with an outsource partner in Cork, Ireland who offer multi-lingual customer service to their growing customer base. This operation will grow significantly over the next 5 years as they launch in new territories continuously.

We are recruiting for a Head of Member Service for the UK and Europe; you will be responsible for strategically designing service in an inspirational way to the brands members, plus you will manage the service function via the outsource partner.
Whilst the brand remains small (ish) you will on occasion be required to roll your sleeves up and liaise directly with your members, so immersing yourself in this brand is a prerequisite.
