Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are pleased to be working alongside a dynamic and innovative fashion brand as they embark upon a period of fast business growth and transformation, focussing on digital retailing and multichannel customer service.

Managing and developing a small team, you will be overseeing the daily operations to maximise productivity and efficiency. Additionally, the customer services operation will be expanding in the coming months, so you will be tasked with driving this growth, reviewing and improving current technology and processes and implementing a strategy for the contact centre to provide better and higher quality customer service.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Excellence in Digital Customer Service
  • Management of a Small to Medium sized customer service team
  • Exposure to CS via multiple channels, including Live Chat and Social Media
  • Pro-Active and Innovative Individuals
  • Ability to Drive Change and Project Manage
  • A strong but personable leader
