Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy providing permanent, temporary and interim recruitment solutions to the customer contact marketplace.

We are supporting a returning retail client with their recruitment of a native German speaking customer service team manager to join their expanding workforce in a lovely part of London.

Our client has experienced some explosive growth across Europe in the past 12 months and as a result of this; we are seeking an experienced people leader to oversee a team of proactive customer service agents who operate across a multi-channel, inbound operation.

As you'll be responsible for providing a very high level of customer service to the German market; it's a pre-requisite that you are able to communicate at native level in German and have a demonstrable background in the performance management of a team of bilingual customer service agents.

Experience of Zendesk would be advantageous.
