We are delighted to be working alongside well known and rewarding company to help support them with their continuing growth as we look to recruit a German Customer Experience Advisor based within their contact centre in the heart of London.
The role of the German customer experience advisor within this organisation will be to take responsibility of the Customer service journey within the German market via Inbound/outbound calls, email, live webchat and all forms of social media.
The role will entail but not limited to:
- Managing customer orders through to the delivery stage
- Taking ownership in resolving any customer queries
- Keeping track and recording all customer interaction
- Keeping up to date with new product launches
To apply for this role you must have the following:
- Fluent in German ( both written and verbal)
- Customer Centric
- Able to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Good computer skills and basic understanding of social media ( Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
