Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded financial services business as they look to recruit a Temporary French Speaking Customer Service Advisor on an initial 3 month contract. You will be answering inbound calls to resolve customer queries, help customers make transactions and navigate customers around the website, using your own initiative as well as following scripts.

Successful candidates MUST be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Current clear DBS must be supplied to the agency, if you have no copy of a current DBS you will not be considered for this role!
  • A clear, professional, and articulate phone manner
  • Fluent spoken and written French
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to be punctual and reliable
  • Previous experience working within a call centre/contact centre
  • Able to work 8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri
