The business is looking for an individual with extensive experience in managing large scale change and transformation projects within a Contact Centre environment with a focus on leading continuous process improvement and change that delivers an exceptional level of customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of contact centre technology and experience working with third party providers to drive efficiencies and improve the multi channel customer journey.
You will need to be a highly strategic individual who is dynamic and energetic with the innovation and creativity to push boundaries.
