We are delighted to be working alongside once again one of the UK' most successful independent businesses. They are rapidly growing within their field and becoming well - known within their field. With offices based all throughout the South this role is located within their head office based in Sidcup. We are delighted to support them as they look to recruit multiple debt recovery officers on a full time, permanent basis within their vibrant and busy contact centre.

The role of a debt recovery officer within this organisation will be to take responsibility for recovering arrears mainly by telephone however other methods such as email, texts and letters will also be used.

The role will entail but not limited to:

  • A mixture of inbound/outbound calls
  • Minimising arrears and maximising income collection
  • Managing your own portfolio
  • Taking enforcement action where necessary
  • Working to targets and KPIs

To apply for this role, you must have the following:

  • Previous Debt recovery /Credit controller experience is PREFERABLE
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Target driven to deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good level of IT and analytical skills
  • Be a fast learner (training will be provided within this role)
