We are pleased to be working alongside a longstanding client based in Sidcup who due to growth are looking to recruit a Team Leader within their busy and fast paced inbound contact centre.
The role of the Team Leader within this organisation will be to motivate, lead, coach and support a team of up to 17 agents. As a team leader you must be resilient, have a 'can do' attitude and possess a strong understanding of KPIs and performances metrics.
The role will entail but not limited to:
- Monitoring workloads effectively to ensure productivity levels are high
- Conduct regular 1 to 1s and reports on individual and team performance.
- Being at the forefront of any escalations
- Solving problems and focussing on solutions
- Stepping in and taking calls when demand is high
To apply for this role, you must have the following:
- Management and leadership experience within a contact centre
- Knowledge of KPIs and performance measures
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- Confidence and ability to work under pressure
