Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are pleased to be working alongside a longstanding client based in Sidcup who due to growth are looking to recruit a Team Leader within their busy and fast paced inbound contact centre.

The role of the Team Leader within this organisation will be to motivate, lead, coach and support a team of up to 17 agents. As a team leader you must be resilient, have a 'can do' attitude and possess a strong understanding of KPIs and performances metrics.

The role will entail but not limited to:

  • Monitoring workloads effectively to ensure productivity levels are high
  • Conduct regular 1 to 1s and reports on individual and team performance.
  • Being at the forefront of any escalations
  • Solving problems and focussing on solutions
  • Stepping in and taking calls when demand is high

To apply for this role, you must have the following:

  • Management and leadership experience within a contact centre
  • Knowledge of KPIs and performance measures
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • Confidence and ability to work under pressure
