Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to be working with a new client exclusively recruiting for 20 Temporary Customer Service Advisors to see them through the festive period. You'll be answering inbound calls resolving customer queries, helping customers make transactions and navigating customers around the website. You will be servicing customers by using your own initiative as well as scripts.
Successful candidates MUST be able to demonstrate the following:
- Current clear DBS must be supplied to the agency, if you have no copy of a current DBS you will not be considered for this role!
- A clear, professional, and articulate phone manner and be confidence while speaking to customers, thus must have good written and spoken English,
- Willing to work 40 - 50 hours/ week scheduled around the office hours of Mon- Fri, 8am - 6pm,
- Previous FCA regulation desired but not essential,
- You must provide quality customer service, and always maintaining a high level of service focus, and to always be professional, punctual, and reliable.
