We are pleased to be supporting a fast-growing and award-winning business as they look to make a vital hire to be an integral part of their innovative and evolving workplace.

Working closely with the company founders you will be essential in building, growing and shaping a small but fast-paced and highly proactive multichannel customer services function. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving team performance through training, developing and motivating existing team members, as well as recruiting and onboarding new team members. Additionally, you will work alongside other internal teams to strategically shape and develop the Customer Success function in order to ensure customers receive an exceptional level of service.

Alongside management duties you will be required to take a hands-on and multi-tasking approach, directly offering front-line customer service, with a particular focus on dealing with high-value customer and investigating complaints and escalations.

This is a friendly and dynamic business that is revolutionising their market, picking up multiple awards on the way. They are looking for a bright and ambitious individual who has 5+ years experience in a fast-growing customer service environment, 2+ years of which should be in a management role.

Salary is £35,000-£45,000 DOA + performance related bonus, benefits and perks with huge opportunity for long-term personal and career growth and development.

This is a Mon-Fri 9am-6pm role in a fun and energetic office located 10 mins walk from Northern line stations.
