Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are supporting a growing business as they looking to bring a Customer Services Manager into their Hertfordshire-based contact centre to manage and develop a team of 10-15. Additionally, you will be working alongside an Outsourcer based overseas to manage the vendor relationship.
As a Customer Services Manager you will be expected to use your exceptional people skills to build strong relationships and motivate a team, whilst also being assertive enough to performance manage and resolve complaints.
To be conisdered for this role you MUST have strong experience in managing and training a team within a contact centre, you will also ideally have experience working in or alongside an outsourcer. Additionally you must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
