Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are delighted to be working alongside a brand new client who are international and have a huge customer base within the UK and due to growth looking for up to 10 Customer Service Agents on a 6 month FTC. This will be based within their headquarters in South London.

The role of the Customer Service Agents within this organisation will be the first point of contact for the customers via telephone, email or written communication. Ensuring online orders or customer queries are dealt with in a professional manner. To ensure that customer records and the client database is up to date and provide reports when requested. If you are looking for your next step and excited to join a well established brand on 6 month FTC and immediate start this may be the role for you.

The role will entail but not limited to:

  • Investigate customer complaints and propose solutions
  • Effectively manage your time and prioritise workload
  • Responding to customers regarding refunds
  • To ensure all web related queries are logged onto the database

To apply for this role, you must have the following:

  • Contact Centre experience or Retail experience is desirable (2 plus years)
  • Great Customer Service skills and a Professional manner
  • Able to promote the brand through the customer service journey
  • Must be available on an Immediate start and to interview week commencing November 4th 2019
