We are pleased to be supporting a global, market leading brand as they embark on a period of expansion within their Luton based contact centre. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing business that puts an emphasis on personal and professional development.

Working within the fast-paced consumer care team our client is looking for x 3 number of Customer Service Agents to join the business and offering outstanding customer service. This is in an inbound contact centre with a focus on a building a rapport with both consumers and clients. If you are ambitious, confident and driven and looking for a company where no two days are the same this may be the role for you.

You would be 37.5 hours per week on a shift basis between 8am-6pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays also required (9am-1pm)

The company offers a highly comprehensive training scheme with an £16,500 starting salary + an OTE of £18,150 Additionally, you will receive 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) a great staff discount, free on-site parking, a subsidised canteen and lots of other perks.
