Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to be working with an existing client who are a rapidly expanding, pioneering and customer centric brand who are seeking x3 Temporary Customer Experience Executives to join their Buckinghamshire based customer care operation.
Day to day you will be responding to customer queries (B2B) via phone and email offering an excellent level of service at all time.
Working hours are Monday to Friday shifts patterns runs between 8am - 6pm, and you will be contracted to 37.5 hours per week, to start ASAP for an initial 4 - 8 weeks contract, with temp to perm opportunities for those people who excel and prove themselves.
Pay will be £11 per hour Gross.
- You will need to be enthusiastic and always happy to resolve customer's queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- You need to be professional and experienced to deal with technical issues.
- The ideal candidate for this opportunity will come from a strong, telecoms, customer service focused position within a customer driven contact centre environment.
- You must have experience of dealing with customers through social media, telephone and email, thus you must have a very high level of written and spoken English.
