We are delighted to be working alongside an international and well-established client who are looking for a Customer Service Agent within their contact centre in Oxford who are specialists within their market. This company is a well-known brand and an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent who is looking for the next step in their career.

The role of the Customer Service Agent within this organisation will be to act as the frontline off customer care by corresponding with customers via telephone and email. You will also be providing technical support to customers.

The role will entail but not limited to:

  • Communicating with the Customer care manager in relation to all customer queries and support issues.
  • Setting up accounts for customers
  • Providing technical support.
  • Liaising with different departments within the company

To apply for this role, you must have the following:

  • Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Previous customer service experience within a contact centre
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Fluency in a European language would be advantageous
