Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are delighted to be working alongside well established company with over twenty years within their field. Due to growth they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent within their contact centre based in Dartford, Kent.

The role of the Customer Service Agent within this organisation will be to provide a high level of customer service and technical support to all customers. This will be done through a range of methods such as Inbound/outbound calls, email, live webchat and all forms of social media.

The role will entail but not limited to:

  • Build effective long term relationship with customers
  • Undertake a range of administrative duties.
  • Develop a high level of product knowledge in order to help customers.
  • Achieve and exceed all targets.
