Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are pleased to be working alongside a market leading and nationally recognised brand as they look for multiple Customer Service Agents to join them in their service centre based in Aston, Birmingham. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires you to take ownership and offer an exceptional level of customer support and assistance via phone, email or LiveChat.
You will receive comprehensive training that will allow you to efficiently and effectively resolve customer queries first time round, working alongside colleagues in other departments when necessary. This role also requires use of a company database and internal system so you will need to be a fast learner and have a high level of IT skills in order to succeed. Our client is passionate about their people and allow you the opportunity to drive your own career growth and development.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- Customer Service Experience
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for delivering great customer service
- Excellent IT skills
- Flexibility to work shifts that may include an element of weekends, early mornings and evenings (7am to 7pm)
- Ability to attend an assessment centre on Friday 7th June, with a start date in July
In return you will receive a salary of £19,000 per annum, 22 days holiday rising to 25 days with service and flexible perks and benefits.
