Due to progressive growth they are looking for a mass of Customer Service Agents to come on board and join their bubbly and dynamic organisation and really add value. The role of a Customer Service Agent within this organisation will be responsible for ensuring all calls, emails and other modes of communication are dealt with in a professional manner. Taking ownership of customer escalations to ensure they are resolved quickly while ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything you do.

The role will entail but not limited to:

  • Providing excellent customer service through various methods (telephone, email,)
  • Taking ownership for customer queries and escalations
  • Investigating the root causes of issues.
  • Ensuring that you are thinking about the customer each step of the way.

  • Highly numerate and literate
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Previous customer service experience contact centre experience is desirable.
  • Ambitious and a willingness to succeed in every task.
