Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are delighted to be working alongside a brand new client who have a huge European presence and looking to expand on this through the UK. They are looking for multiple Customer Service Advisors to come on board and join their energetic , dynamic and new start up team within West London, Chiswick

The role of the Customer Service Advisors within this organisation will be to solve customer queries as quickly, provide a professional yet personable customer service journey and seek opportunities to upsell. You must experience working within a high pressured and busy environment. If you are looking for your next step and excited to join a start-up company where there is no glass ceiling to your personal growth this may be the role for you.

Working operational hours are Monday to Friday ( On a shift pattern between 08:00 and 20:00 )

Additional weekend work may be added within the future.

The role will entail but not limited to:

  • Responding to all customer communication via telephone and email
  • Achieve and exceed KPI's
  • Drive innovation and bring your own ideas of how to grow
  • Sales through service- always creating an opportunity to upsell

  • Contact centre/ Sales experience or Retail experience is desirable ( 2 plus years)
  • Great Customer Service skills
  • Ambition and drive to want to grow professionally
  • Outgoing and Bubbly personality
