Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact

We are proud to be working alongside a leading E-commerce business in North West London. Due to increased seasonal demand they need a large team of Temporary Customer Service Advisors.

Job Details:

  • You must be available immediately as this contract will be until mid-February,
  • 37.5 ours per week, Mon - Fri shifts are between 8am and 9pm, Sat shifts are between 10am and 6pm,
  • You will assist them to ensure accurate, on time and safe delivery of all orders and answering customer enquires mainly, but not limited to email.

You MUST be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A clear and professional manner as well as organised, systematic, logical and level headed,
  • Have a passion for customer care,
  • Proven track record of working effectively and efficiently within a busy retail and e-commerce environment,
  • It is ESSENTIAL one has contact / call centre experience within the past 12 months,
