We are proud to be working alongside a luxury footwear retailer. Due to sales and festive season they need x2 Customer Service Advisors to assist their team based in SW London to ensure accurate, on time and safe delivery of all orders and answering customer enquires via phone, email and live chat. You must be to start ASAP as this contract will be for the next 6-8 weeks and temp to perm opportunities for the right persons?
You MUST be able to demonstrate the following:
- A clear, professional, and articulate phone manner,
- Have a passion for customer care,
- Proven track record of working effectively and efficiently within a busy retail and ecommerce environment,
- Well organised, systematic, logical and level headed,
- It is ESSENTIAL one has contact / call centre experience within the past 12 months,
- It is ESSENTIAL you are fluent in English both written and spoken,
- Zendesk experience would be preferred.
