We are pleased to be supporting a global, market leading brand as they embark on a period of expansion within their Luton based contact centre. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing business that puts an emphasis on personal and professional development.

Working within the fast-paced aftersales team our client is looking for a number of Customer Service & Aftersales Executives to join the business in offering outstanding customer service. This is in an inbound contact centre with a focus on a consultative approach to understand a customer needs in order to upsell and cross sell additional products and services.

You would be 37.5 hours per week on a shift basis between 8am-8pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 Weekends also required (9am-5:15pm Saturday, 10am-4pm Sunday).

The company offers a highly comprehensive training scheme with an £18,000 starting salary + uncapped bonus (average bonus £4,000). Additionally, you will receive 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) a great staff discount, free on-site parking, a subsidised canteen and lots of other perks.
