We are delighted to be working alongside a global company who are looking for multiple Customer Service Advisors who will be situated in there London office. Due to progressive growth here you will be at the forefront of the customer journey in a corporate and professional environment so great communication skills are a must. Training will be provided in a 4 week intensive programme however you must have an eagerness and willingness to learn a new challenge. If you have a passion for Customer Service and you are looking for a fast-paced environment to take your career to the next level and where no two days are the same this may be the role for you.

The role of a Customer Service Agent within this organisation will be responsible for ensuring all calls, emails and other modes of communication are dealt with in a professional and articulate manner.

The role will entail but not limited to:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and various social media platforms.
  • Offering advice, guidance and support to customers.
  • Ensuring all customer information is recorded correctly on the company's systems.
  • Having a full understanding of the client and their associated products.

  • Previous experience within a busy contact centre is ESSENTIAL
