We are delighted to be working alongside an international and well established client who are looking for a Customer Service advisor (Italian speaking) within their contact centre in Oxford who are specialists within their market. This company is a well known brand and an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service advisor who is looking for the next step in their career.
The role of the Customer Service advisor within this organisation will be to act as the frontline off customer care by corresponding with customers via telephone and email.
The role will entail but not limited to:
- Communicating with the Customer care manager in relation to all customer queries and support issues.
- Administration duties
- Effective time management to ensure all daily tasks are completed
- Liaising with different departments within the company
To apply for this role, you must have the following:
- FLUENT in English and Italian (both written and verbal)
- Previous customer service experience
- A background in sales would be an advantage
