They are looking for a Customer Service Agent to come on board and join their dynamic and forward-thinking team based within Central London.

The role of the Customer Service Agent within this organisation will be to provide and professional yet personable customer service journey to customers and be closely working alongside professionals within the medical field. The role will entail but not limited to:

  • Responding to all customer communication via telephone and email
  • Answering all queries articulately and empathetically
  • Management and booking appointments
  • Ensuring KPI's are met and exceeded

  • Contact centre or customer service experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and individually
