Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are pleased to be working with a well-established financial services business based in Central Watford who are on the market for a Customer Services Advisor to join an outgoing team within a relaxed working environment.

This is a successful and highly reputable business where you will be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service via both phone and email. This is a regulated financial environment so you will need to be a quick learner in order to learn and understand various processes and legislation.

As well as speaking with customers and dealing with queries in a timely manner you will work as part of a team in assisting with admin and compliance.

You will have 1 + years' experience within a face to face or phone-based customer services role, to be considered you will also need to be:

  • Friendly and Outgoing
  • A Positive Thinker
  • Team Player
  • Able to handle objections

Working hours:

Must have flexibility to work 5 x 8.5 hour shifts Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm plus 1 Saturday in 7 9am-12pm (overtime will be paid for this)

Salary & Benefits:
