Role & Responsibilities:
A newly created role within the business, you will be the primary contact dealing with and resolving any issues that VIP customers may have. We are looking for a Customer Experience lead to take a consultative approach in managing the relationships with and customer care of high profile and VIP members.
Through using your initiative, creativity and taking a personalised, proactive approach you will be promoting engagement and brand loyalty in order to retain and grow high value customers. There is a high level of autonomy in this role allowing you the opportunity to design and create the VIP Customer Experience.
What You Will Need:
* 2+ Years' Experience in a customer support, relationship management or high-end hospitality role
* A professional, detailed approach to customer support, alongside excellent communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative and proactive environment
* Flexibility for adhoc international travel and to respond to urgent queries outside of office hours (evenings, weekends)
