We are delighted to be working alongside an international and well established client who are looking for a Customer Care Team Leader within their contact centre in Oxford who are specialists within their market. For this role you will need to be fluent in English (written and verbal) but also fluent in ONE of the following EU languages German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese. This company is a well known brand and an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader who is looking for the next step in their career.

The role of the Team Leader within this organisation will be to lead, motivate, inspire and develop a team of customer service advisors. You will be leading from the front and setting an example to ensure all advisors are working to the best of their ability and adhering to company policies.

The role will entail but not limited to:

  • Ensuring your team deliver the highest quality customer service
  • Monitoring KPI's and ensuring monthly 1 to 1's are held with advisors
  • Quality monitoring of calls and emails
  • Responsibility of communicating and implementing any changes with the team.

  • Experience managing a customer care team
  • Strong time management skills/ prioritisation
